Last Days in the Desert

Last Days in the Desert film screening

Many thanks to those who took part in the Last Days in the Desert screening at Enzian Theater hosted by GladdeningLight. The sellout crowd was treated to brunch fare and a thought-provoking excursion into biblical sojourn. To my mind, one of best lines offered up from Yeshua was “Action over words, always. Otherwise, silence.”

I mentioned in the forum afterwards the essential properties of an intermediary to whom we can confide in our human condition. For many of us, that is the person represented by the Incarnation.

Thanks extended to two of the Three Wise Guys who lent wisdom to the conversation, Imam Muhammad Musri and the Reverend Bryan Fulwider. GladdeningLight is a community, as evidenced by how we came together for the screening to sit down with one another and witness a resonant film experience.
